Option 1 — Delete from the App (Instant)
- Open the 75Club app
- Go to Settings (bottom tab)
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm — your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately
Option 2 — Email Request
If you cannot access the app, email us at 75clubapp@gmail.com with:
- Subject: Delete My Account
- Your registered email address
We will delete your account within 7 days of receiving your request.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile (name, email, college name)
- All attendance records and subject data
- XP, streaks, levels and badges
- Cloud sync data
- Referral history
What Is NOT Deleted
- Backup files you have exported to your own device — these are your responsibility to delete locally
ImportantAccount deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you delete your account, you will need to create a new account to use cloud features again. Guest Mode is always available without an account.
