1. About 75Club

75Club is an attendance tracking app built for Indian college students. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

Account users:

• Email address, name, college name, and semester (provided during sign-up)
• Attendance records — daily present/absent/cancelled per subject
• Gamification data — XP points, levels, streaks, badges, referral codes
• Push notification token (only if you enable daily reminders)
• Anonymous usage data via Firebase Analytics (no personal info)

Guest users:

No personal data sent to our servers — everything stays on your device.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To calculate attendance percentages and bunk budgets per subject
• To gamify attendance tracking with XP, streaks, levels and badges
• To send optional daily reminder notifications (disabled by default)
• To process referral rewards
• To improve the app through anonymous analytics
• To communicate regarding support or account matters

4. Data Storage & Security

• All attendance data is stored locally on your device
• Account profile (name, email, college) is stored in Supabase with Row-Level Security — each user can only access their own data
• Manual backups are exported as AES-encrypted JSON files from Settings
• All network communication uses TLS encryption

5. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Push Notifications

Daily reminder notifications are completely optional and disabled by default. You can enable or disable them anytime from Settings inside the app.

7. Premium Subscription

75Club offers a Premium plan at ₹499/year with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play. You can cancel anytime via Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; your data stays on your device.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

• Account data is retained while your account is active
• You can delete your account and all data from Settings → Delete Account (permanent and irreversible)
• Attendance records are deleted when you delete your account
• Exported backup files on your own device are your responsibility

9. Children's Privacy (DPDPA 2023)

75Club is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Users under 18 may use Guest Mode — no data leaves their device. Account creation is restricted to users 18 and older.

10. Your Rights

Under DPDPA 2023 and applicable laws, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Correction — update your profile anytime from Settings
• Deletion — delete your account and all data from Settings
• Data Portability — export your attendance data as an encrypted JSON file from Settings

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
